OCDecorator is definitely the problem too because the menu is there with it uninstalled completely. Bethesda seems to be headed straight for another fiasco with their Creation Club, quite similar to how the Paid Mods Workshop went years ago. It didn't help that a lot of the content available from the get-go were things that you, for the most part, could find equivalents for in the already existing mod circuit—oftentimes free and better of quality.

well what i am pointing out is that you dont need the creation club to get good mods and you shouldenty pay for mods since they are not official DLC by bathesda and you can get nice mods and have your achivements enabled for free. (TES and Fallout) so that only paid for CC mods work in the full retail version of the game. So, I installed that golden retriever one, just cause it was free and I wondered what the creation club stuff was like. However it's completely broken. The dog is named "LOOKUP FAILED!" the two options are "E LOOKUP FAILED!" and "R LOOKUP FAILED!" both options in the pop up box when I press R are "LOOKUP FAILED!". The Creation Club itself can be mostly ignored. There are several mods like CCCleaner which remove its main menu entry and the spam ads as well.. Some mod authors offer patches and support for CC content, but so far i haven't seen anything actually requiring anything from the CC (besides something like a Bodyslide conversion for CC outfits, which you obviously don't need if you don't buy those
I have a problem with getting to the mods & creation club on the main menu. I went on steam and purchased the creation club for $7.99 thinking that might help, it didn't.
